Creative & Art Direction - Curation - Strategy - Photography
After studying photography, I co-founded and ran a leading photographic agency, Axiom, as my first proper job out of university.
Over the years I have worked with some of the best editorial, advertising, corporate, and fine art photographers and clients worldwide. My photographic experience has been diverse. I’ve developed and owned a stock library, run a photographic charity, and sat on photography boards and numerous judging panels; I’ve been an art director, an agent, a producer, a gallery consultant, a freelance art buyer, and a magazine picture editor. I also take the occasional picture.
I have worked on projects for United Airlines, HSBC, National Geographic, British Airways, Vodafone, the BBC, Vogue, Condé Nast Traveller, Barclays Bank, Harpers, The Discovery Channel, GQ, Microsoft, The Guardian, The Sunday Times, PwC, Penguin Books, Universal, Fox, and UKTV -- to name a few.
I consult for leading photographic brands and corporates. In 2012, I sat on Adobe's expert photographic panel at their first Creative Week. Whether it's curating, art buying, producing, art directing, building brand libraries, or advising on wider photographic issues, I have an extensive range of experience.
With software engineer, Sky WIlmott, I developed a photographic competition software. This software provides an economical, bespoke solution for remotely judging photographic competitions of all sizes.
